Recently I attended a weekend retreat led by Sarah, which was a wonderful, restorative experience for me. During the retreat Sarah created an excellent balance between structured group time and free time to simply be present in my surroundings and to interact with other retreat participants. Her retreat activities and questions helped me consider what motivates me and what drains me. I appreciate how Sarah is able to connect with me as an individual and sees my strengths and weaknesses. I have had the opportunity to work with Sarah over the past several years. I participated in a program called Positive Intelligence. Sarah facilitated our weekly pod meetings. She was encouraging and supportive as I worked my way through the program. She was able to help me see how my mindset was affecting my self-confidence and my desire to take chances.
