Nurture Yourself This Fall

Caring for the Carers Retreat

October 9th – 11th, 2026

Retreat Registration Closes September 6th at 11:59pm – Register NOW!

Somewhere along the way, your life became about taking care of everyone else.

You answered the calls.

You solved the problems.

You remembered the appointments, packed the lunches, checked on your parents, supported your coworkers, and showed up for the people who needed you.

And little by little, without even realizing it, you drifted away from yourself.

The woman you used to be isn’t gone.

She’s still there—beneath the responsibilities, the caregiving, and the endless to-do lists.

She’s simply been waiting for a little space to breathe.

Imagine spending one peaceful autumn weekend where your only job is to rest, reconnect, and remember what it feels like to simply be yourself again.

This retreat is your invitation back to yourself.

Join us October 9–11 for a weekend of rest, reflection, genuine connection, and renewal.

For just a little while…

You get to be the one who is cared for.

What Our Attendees Say

I have had the opportunity to work with Sarah over the past several years. I participated in a program called Positive Intelligence. Sarah facilitated our weekly pod meetings. She was encouraging and supportive as I worked my way through the program. She was able to help me see how my mindset was affecting my self-confidence and my desire to take chances.

I also attending a weekend retreat that Sarah led on self-compassion. The small and large group sessions she led helped me to truly understand self-compassion; while giving me practical tools to put what I learned into practice in my life.

If you are looking for a life coach that is caring and supportive and someone that can help you make positive changes Sarah is the coach for you.

-Gail

Sarah is an amazing coach. She loves what she does. She is compassionate, empathetic and a problem solver. She can be easily approached, and she will not turn you away for any question asked. She has the most eloquent teaching style. Her motivational speeches are truly inspiring. I had a chance to accompany her on a retreat and she conducted some group sessions there. Those were enchanting, thought provoking and meaningful. She emblems positivity which is reflected in her personality. If you are looking for a coach who will bring positivity in your worldview, Sarah is the right person for you.

-Syeda

Recently I attended a weekend retreat led by Sarah, which was a wonderful, restorative experience for me. During the retreat Sarah created an excellent balance between structured group time and free time to simply be present in my surroundings and to interact with other retreat participants. Her retreat activities and questions helped me consider what motivates me and what drains me. I appreciate how Sarah is able to connect with me as an individual and sees my strengths and weaknesses. As I have seen in other settings led by Sarah, she is excellent at encouraging and supporting individuals who have different personalities and perspectives. She is non-judgmental, kind, and thoughtful, all wonderful qualities for a life coach. I cannot say enough good things about Sarah!
-Shelly

Sarah is amazing! I attended a weekend wellness retreat that she organized that was rejuvenating, healing, and has given me the tools to prioritize wellness in the coming year. After working with Sarah, I wanted to share the experience with my family and I purchased coaching packages for three family members. I highly recommend working with Sarah.

-Cynthia

Sarah is a born coach: intuitive, encouraging, and challenging in the right proportions. I participated a group retreat with colleagues, and was (happily) surprised by how much I personally gained from the experience. I hope Sarah hosts more group retreat or group coaching sessions, because she is also an amazing facilitator. The retreat had the right balance of facilitated group activities, reflective exercises, free personal time, and group social time.
-Mandy
Sarah arranged and let a wonderful, relaxing retreat. The pace was good, with just enough sessions and just enough down time to wander in the beautiful space that she chose to host it. She brought her warmth and wisdom to share and I left feeling like I had truly had a rest while I also grew a bit in my self understanding, and self compassion.
