Based on the 6-week Positive Intelligence Program by Positive Intelligence Inc. CEO and Founder Shirzad Chamine, this program consists of 7 virtual sessions (held via Google Meet).

Along with the group sessions, each week you will get an hour’s worth of videos, 15 minutes per day of app-guided practices, and 8 chapters of the book Positive Intelligence by Shirzad Chamine. Note: the app can be used for a year.

The daily exercises are bite-sized to fit your busy schedule and they are individually customized based on your Saboteur Assessment.

Learning and assimilating the Positive Intelligence approach has been game changing, forever altering the way I see and interact with my personal and professional world. It helped me to first understand how my inner critic (my judge) has led me astray and how that judge opened the door for several other negative thought patterns (saboteurs) that made life unnecessarily difficult for me and those around me.

For me, my judge and saboteurs led me down noxious and pointless rabbit holes with my kids (how does my inner critic affect my interactions with an already rampant teenage ego?), my colleagues (how does my controller saboteur try to elbow their way in when I think someone on my team has it all “wrong”?), and my spouse. Learning to ground yourself in the moment, playfully observe as your judge and saboteurs attempt to sidetrack an otherwise beautiful moment and change how you respond are skills that you literally can practice and develop for the remainder of your life. Taking six weeks to go through this program was a wise investment that has improved the way I see and interact with the world many times over.
